“Dear ANC6B Commissioners,

On behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), I am writing to provide you with 30% plans (see link below) for the Bridge Rehabilitation Project on the SE/SW Freeway (I-695).  As you may recall from DDOT’s presentation to your ANC, HDR is the lead consultant managing the rehabilitation effort related to the elevated portion of the freeway near your community. CHPlanning Nspiregreen is the sub-consultant supporting the environmental and public engagement component of the project. Please be advised that review comments from the ANC’s are not necessary as a result of this email.  However, if you, or members of your community have questions, or comments regarding these initial project plans, or the overall project effort, you may enter your comments in the Community Input section of the Project Website (Project Website) and a response will be provided.  You may also respond to this email.
