      1. ABCA-126724—Seedless LLC, t/a No Kids Allowed; 637B Pennsylvania Ave SE; New Medical Cannabis Retailer Committee voted to recommend that ANC6B request an extension of the Protest Petition deadline until January 19 and place it on the consent agenda Motion Passed 9-0-2
      2. LATEBREAKING: ABRA-126828 527 8th, LLC, t/a Barracks Row Joey’s; 527-529 8th ST SE; Renewal of an existing Class “C” Tavern License Committee voted to recommend that ANC6B approve the renewal application and approve an amended Settlement Agreement (accounting for revised hours of operation) and place it on consent Agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
    4. Transportation Committee – Consent Items
      1. Intersection of 5th St. and Independence Ave. SE Committee voted to recommend that ANC6B write a letter urging DDOT to make a four-way stop sign and install raised crosswalks at this intersection and to place the item on the consent agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
    5. Planning & Zoning Committee – Consent Items
      1. Letter to DOB Regarding Illegal Construction at 516 Archibald Walk Committee voted to recommend that ANC6B send a letter to the Department of Buildings laying out what has happened regarding illegal construction at 516 Archibald’s Walk, urging investigation of the situation, and requesting an explanation of why the illegal construction was allowed to happen. It was further moved to place the item on the consent agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

Motion passed unanimously.
