Agenda:

  1. BZA #21438, Wingstop/Emerald Wings — https://app.dcoz.dc.gov/Home/ViewCase?case_id=21438 . This case is scheduled to be heard by BZA on June 17, so we plan to take a FINAL COMMITTEE VOTE on whether to recommend a settlement or a protest to the full ANC (which meets at 7pm on Tuesday June 9).
  2. LATE BREAKING: Capitol Hill Hotel – BZA Case 21485 – To construct a rear and side addition. https://app.dcoz.dc.gov/Home/ViewCase?case_id=21485 . This case is scheduled for Sept 9, so if the applicant is not ready to present on their neighborhood outreach efforts, we can postpone until the July P&Z Meeting.
